If an active/current member’s details change, for example:
- Relationship status
- Change of hours or change in contractual weeks per year paid
- Breaks in Pensionable Employment – family leave, maternity, adoption, unpaid leave etc
- Strike Action
- Reservist Leave
then please complete a Change of Circumstances (Variation) form or a Notification of Unpaid Leave form available on our Forms, booklets and factsheets page.
