Investment Sub Committee

The Pension Fund Committee delegates the responsibility of making decisions about the Fund’s investments to the Investment Sub-Committee. The Investment Sub-Committee implements the investment strategy, and monitors the asset allocation. It also appoints and reviews the performance of investment managers outside of the asset pool.

The Fund’s Governance Policy and Compliance Statement outlines how the Investment Sub-Committee operates.

Cambridgeshire Pension Fund is a member of the ACCESS pool. This means that we work with other local government Pension Funds to pool investments to significantly reduce costs. We do this while maintaining investment performance. You can find out more with these questions and answers on investment reform for members and employers.
